Can custom field be filled automatically while creating ticket via email

Hi,

I'm able to create ticket fine via email however there are couple of custom fields in the project. Is there a way those custom filed can be filled over the email itself? At the moment i achieve only below thing from email funtionality

Email Sender becomes reporter of the ticket

Email summary becomes subject of the ticket

Email body= decription

Email attachment gets attached to the ticket.

You'll need a new "email handler" to do that. You could find or write one, but I'd always recommend a good look at the JEMH addon before you do - that can do a LOT with email.
