Can a subtask in issuetype scheme only apply to one issue?

In one project we have five standard issuetypes.  Each issuetype has it's own workflow.  Project owners would like to add a subtask now, but only have it available to one of the issuetypes.  Not all.  Is this possible.  I have discovered a method to implement the restriction to one issuetype within the issuetype scheme.

Take a look at this open issue https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-7990 which what you need. If badly need it now and you have scripting knowledge, try to restrict it via a javascript in the page.
