Hi team
Here is my problem (actively avoided using the word "issue" for obvious reasons!)...
I have two separate Kanban boards that have the same number of columns (6) but each represents a different yet related workflow/process. I would like to make a combined Kanban board but I'm not keen on simply expanding columns horizontally from 6 to 12 as the board becomes illegible and visually confusing.
If I could literally “glue” my 2 existing Kanban board one above the other, it would give me the view I’m looking for…..has anyone worked out a way to do this without referring to paper mashie?
Share columns in a third board (don't get rid of the other two, they are useful)
Let's say you have
Create Board 3, with six columns - A+1, B+2, C+3, D+4, E+5, done (F+6)
Then, to be really sneaky, use a swimlane definition to separate the issues on board 1 from those on board 2...
