Can a custom field be placed after the description field into the Issue screen?

We have defined a custom field for Acceptance Criteria for User Stories. We would like to have that field placed after the description field since it will be the natural way to fill in the story issue. Is it a way it could be done? I tried to order fields into the edit and default screen but it seems description is always the last field, no matter if Acceptance Criteria is placed after or before it.

Not unless you modify a bundled plugin. I wouldn't advise it unless it is business critical!
