Can OnDemand Jira users filter roadmap release notes?

As one of the restrictions placed on using the OnDemand version of Jira is the inability to add or edit confluence templates, is there any other way I can filter roadmap release notes?

I had planned to give our partners links to the release notes every time we cut a release, but not all issues involved in a particular version are relevant to our partners. I would like to avoid having to create 2 "versions" for each version of our product.

As long as you can filter out the right issues, I don't see why this will not work. You could put a value into the issue that you can filter on.

How? As far as I can tell, the release notes include all issues in a particular version, no matter their status or resolution, and doesn't give the option to filter out any issues.
