We are keen to implement the Service Desk but we dont want to pay for licenses for Agile, Capture etc for 100 users who will never use it. So I'm considering using a seperate Jira instance for the Helpdesk. Does anyone know if different Jira instances can communicate between each other? What I want to do is run reports from one place so I'd like to get data into Jira from mulitple instances and run it from there. Thanks
