Can Jira forward to an outside email when a Case is received from someone? Edited

I am trying to receive an email to a company email when someone sends a request to Jira.  Can this be done and if so how?

You can use automation for this purpose assuming you are on cloud then you have that built-in.

trigger - issue created

conditions - as needed to only take the action on desired issues 

action - send email
