I am using JIRA Service Desk and would like my collaborators to receive a custom email notification upon Issue Assigned but these collaborators cannot be Assignee.
The To issue field does not appear to accept the Request Participants custom field id or any form of 'RequestParticipants'.
Is there a way to send an email to the request participants through the scripted listener?
