Can I use JIRA as Knowledge Base system?

Would like to know if its possible to use JIRA as a KB solution. Is there an easy way to set this up? I have a localhost test server setup for 30day trial.

I need document controls, ability to assign/review a KB before its published etc.

Hi Ray,

You will have to look at using Confluence and JIRA. Confluence being the main knowledge base.
