Can I use Crucible/Fisheye/Jira/Crowd together with a starter license?

John Safe September 18, 2012

Hi,

I know this should be straighforward but I have a doubt regarding the connection of atlassian application when a diferent number of users are allowed in the applications.

I am using Crowd as a central directory and SSO.

If the starter licenses for FishEye/Jira have permissions for 10 users and the starter license for Crucible only 5 users, how does this affect the application links?

How do I configure (in crowd?) which users are the ones to used in Crucible?

Will users, without crucible access, be able to view crucible info accessed through Jira? For example a user on Jira, that does not have access to Crucible, is able to see, in the "Review" tab of an issue, the review made by another user that has access to Crucible?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

I believe you could try using an OAuth applink to achieve this, instead of a Trusted Application.

Hope this helps,
