Can I see all painels at once with just my things to do

Is there anyway that I can see all the tickets I have to do, from all the painews at one place only?

could you clarify what you mean by "all the painews"?

If you are looking to see all issues assigned to you within a specific project you can either create a filter (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/what-is-advanced-searching-in-jira-cloud/) with a filter something like assignee = currentUser()

If this is within a JSM/JSD project you could also have your admin create a queue with that filter. (keep in mind that queues don't cross projects tho so then you'll have to use an app or a filter)
