I have a client which has 100 customers
I have created a service desk for the client agency
The service desk is linked to a confluence space where I have created knowledge base question.
I want all customers to be able to access the knowledge base questions but I only want 10 of those customers to be able to submit request issues from the service desk.
Is there a way that I can grant access to the knowledge base questions associated with a space to all customers but limit 10 of them to actually submit request from the service desk.
