Can I make worklog description as required in a particular project?

We can set worklog descriotion as optional or rquried in Global Configuration, but is it possiable to set worklog descriotion asrequired in a particular project? Thanks

Thanks for your answer! I amn't sure if this validatior works. From what I know, this validator should be used between transition in a workflow, but worklog doesn't need to be in a transition, developers can log time in 'Resolved' or 'In Pgrgess' status. It should have Tempo configuration at Project level instead of just Global level.
