Can I link multiple instances of JIRA to Confluence?

Right now we have one instance of Confluence running and two JIRA instances that must remain separate. Can we link both JIRAs to one Confluence?

Yes, just add two applicaiton links. You'll need some way to differentiate them, but a simple name should be fine (Alice's Jira / Bob's Jira)

You may refer to the document Linking to Another Application for details about how to configure you application links on Confluence.
