Can I know which was the last transition launched in a issue usign JQL?

In my workflow I can reach the "Resolved" status by launchig "Solve"  or "Deny" transitions. I'd like to know which of these two transitions was launched to allow or not allow the next transition in the workflow.

Can I define a JQL to know that?

Hi Begona,

It's possible if you make a small adjustment: configure the Solve button (transition) with a post-function that makes Resolution = Solved. Same for Deny button which will change the Resolution to Deny, as part of the post-function.

After that, it's just an simple JQL like

status = resolved and resolution = deny

Make sure the transition screen to each of these buttons doesn't have the Resolution field present (so user won't change it by mistake).

Hope it helps
