Can I create custom look and feel for forms in Jira Service Desk ?

The end user is very particular how they want screens to be laid out , e.g field order, field widths and descriptions around fields. Is it possible to change these for forms in JIRA Service Sesk?

Hi Stan,

There are some custom fields not available for Customer Portal, however a request was created on JSD-86.

Other than that, we have a doc explaining how to customize the Customer Portal:
