I would like to create a bug issue type relate to the subtask or task but it can't. There is Bug issue type to select.
Hi @Pavinee , sub-task is at the lowest level so they can not have children. I recommend linking bugs to your issue.
In Jira, you can’t create a Bug as a sub-task because sub-tasks are limited to specific types. The Bug issue type is considered a standard issue, not a sub-task. To track bugs, you’ll need to create them as regular issues. You can then link them to other tasks or stories if needed. You can create Custom issue types too! Through this, you can also create one sub level issue type and name it as Sub-Bug if needed.

Hi @Pavinee
welcome to the community!
As already suggested, using issue links is almost certainly the way to go here.
The downside is that Jira doesn't understand issue links as parent/child relationships, and therefore doesn't give you hierarchy-related features. However if you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, you'll have options available that can help here. I'll add more information below.
Hope this helps,
Best,
Hannes

... and to expand on my last point: If you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, bugs under sub-tasks would be well supported in the app that my team and I are working on, JXL for Jira.
JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a range of advanced features, including support for (configurable) issue hierarchies. These issue hierarchies can be based on Jira's built-in parent/child relationships (like task/sub-task, or epic/story), and/or based on issue links of configurable issue link types.
This is how this looks in action:
In my example, the two bugs at the bottom of the hierarchy are connected to their parent sub-task via an issue link of type is parent of / is child of. You can also easily inline-create issues anywhere in your hierarchy, and move issue around via drag and drop.
Any questions just let me know!
