Can I complete issues in a project outside of a sprint?

Carissa Crosdale December 8, 2014

We have issues in projects that do not need to be added to sprint, and will be completed outside of a sprint cycle. Can these particular issues be tracked on a Kanban board separately to those being pushed into a sprint on a scrum board? And if so, is there any impact on reporting?

Yes, you can put them on a Kanban.

Reporting on your scrum board is based on the filter that is behind the board.  So there will only be an impact if your filter includes the issues you're doing "outside" the sprint.
