Can I associate a transition screen to a specific Issue Type?

I want to be able to associate a transition screen only to a particular type of Issue Type.

Example:

1. Transition from Open to In Development
2. With the Issue Bug type, I would like a transition screen to pop up between Open and In Development for additional information
3. I do not want this screen to pop up if it is a New Feature or any other Issue Type

Create an own workflow for this issue type (take a copy of the current). Add the transition screen to your transition and associate this new workflow to the issuetype bug within your workflow scheme.
