Is there a way to add a column in Issue Search for row ID? Basically, because the new ranking system is not meaningful to end users, I would like to order by rank, but then use a simple Row ID to numerate the rank in a way that end users can understand.
I'm afraid not. None of the exports try to number the rows output in any way really. You can't even do it with a scripted field on the navigator, although you could try to write something that parses the "rank" into a human readable format (I've not tried this, and I suspect it could be hard, because it's not a number or rank, it's actually a relative position and there's no starting point for the calculation)
