We currently use JIRA to handle tests based on service desk tickets from a 3rd party system.
What we would like to do is for the comments that we add to the test to appear in the correct ticket in the 3rd party service desk system. As an example - "this item has passed testing"
However, the issue is this.
1. The 3rd party Service Desk Ticket system generates a unique id for each ticket. This id needs to be referenced in the Subject of the email, for it to be tracked back to the correct ticket in the service desk system. How can we do this dynamically?
2. We use JIRA on demand, which I know in some areas like configuring emails can be a limiting factor.
