Can Customers close the issue?

Can customers close issues on JIRA? or only agents and administrators are allowed to do so?

Hello Siddhesh,

 

Currently customers cannot close issues in JIRA, once this is an unavailable feature. However it's already being tracked through JSD-40. 

As this feature request is not yet implemented, I'd advise you to follow up on JSD-40, and take some time to vote on the feature to increase its popularity. Also, please feel free to add any comments you think relevant to it.
