Can 1 change the number of approvers on existing tickets, we want to do a dual approval process on selected requests with approval, how does one go about it? Our general process is 1 per service request with approval

Hi,
You can use two statuses and automation. One status for one approval and another status for more approval. After that, you can use automation for example for some request types you go through status you need one approval for another request type goes through another status then you need more approval.
