CSV import

Hi All,

I want to do CSV import, where by i am facing few challenges, I want to have Issue Link created while importing CSV. I tried to find Article on the same but it seems we don't have any documentation that describes best way to import Issue Links.


I am aware creating Configuration File any light on this issue will be greatly appreciated.
