I want to send surveys to every user when a ticket is resolved, but I want to only ask them if the issue is resolved or not and restrict answers to only 2 possible items. I can see how to change the wording on the survey, but can't find reference to any way to change the survey answers. Is this possible?
Short answer - no.
Long answer - possibly if you use an add-on but they appear to only to be for server.
One option is to direct them to a link in Confluence with a form in the notification email? Or ask them to comment on the email/close the ticket if all ok.
