CRM field can not be saved when edited

I know it may be a stupid question.

But I couldn't find an corresponded answer through Atlassign and CRM guide manual.

I would like to add child company function of CRM

However, when I use this function, then go to CRM to edit for a try.

It can not be saved.

I supposed:

It's related to some field is not edited so can not be saved.

However, I try Step3 as above screenshot to type in all neccessary columns.

Still can not save.

I would like to see how this will be presented on the main CRM page and how will it be after exporting to excel.

Is there anything I can try?
