JIRA Service Desk does not have KPI statistics or reports. It have SLA metrics, which are similar in some ways.
There are some third-party plugins that could help you on achieve what you need, as the one in the link below: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.valiantys.jira.plugins.reporting
