CFR part 11 compliance with 'Electronic Signature Fields' plugin

My company has begun to use JIRA and have installed a plugin 'Electronic Signature Fields' for CFR part 11 compliance for electronic signatures. Are there any white papers or any other documentation out there showing how it was determined that this plugin meets those requirements? Testing documentation?
