Estaba en la versión de prueba de Jira Software Premium y Timetracker, sin embargo se venció el tiempo de facturación, y fueron suspendidos, ¿cómo se pueden reactivar para realizar el pago? Quedo atento a sus comentarios.

From what I understand, you trial licenses for Jira Software Premium and third-party app Timetracker are expired.
These trial licenses cannot be extended, you need to buy a subscription or create another Cloud test site and install them there as trial.
