Business Process Projects - User help documentation per workflow state

We are delivering workflows for our core processes in JIRA core.  I would like to add help / support documentation on a sub-task and task / status basis so that the user would have a link to a confluence page (or other mechanism)  when they start to do their task.  

I have seen a similar question here

but I was hoping for an add in with some easier configuration than this to support it.  Is there something out there?

We are using JIRA Cloud and Confluence Cloud.
