I am doing a bulk update of issues where I am updating a customer field that is a Select List single choice. I go through all 4 steps and it says that it worked, but the field on each of the issues is not updated.
I can update this filed if I open each ticket individually. (not going to happe…lol)
Does anyone know what I may be doing wrong?

Can this. I have been trying this for days. I post this and then give it another go and wow ir works.
