Bulk update custom field from CSV in JIRA Cloud

Dear all,

I know that there have been already some questions about this and that it says everywhere that it is possible. I have tried all the answers that I could find but unfortunately it does not work. 

I would like to update a custom field for existing issues using a CSV file. I am an administrator and we are using JIRA Cloud. I understood that I need the summary field, the issue key and my custom field to update. I tried all the combinations of mapping (check box all on the right) and every time I am getting the message that nothing could be updated and that only new items will be imported. 

Can anyone help me please? Is this actually really working in Cloud?

Sorry guys, I was posting too fast and apparently I cannot delete this post anymore. It seems like the issues have been updated correctly and that the messages are a bit misleading. 

So in the end it worked. I just have to ignore the messages... Thanks anyway.
