Bulk Move Issues

As we have Project -A and the epic A1 have 35 issues. We have tried to change fix version field as bulk update. After selecting Edit issues and selected in which bulk update need to be done it is showing 35 issues  which exactly there in A1 but while uploading it is showing 45.why it is showing 45 instead it need to show 35

While uploading might be you have selected duplicate issue in the filter instead of keep once set.
