On mobile devices (iPhone 12/13, Safari v15.4), the contact form fails to submit after clicking the "Submit" button, and no confirmation message is displayed. The issue does not occur on desktop or Android devices. This prevents users from submitting inquiries via the contact form.

I'm personally on Android so I cannot confirm I can replicate this issue.
I would suggest looking at open bugs related to JSM on JAC.
Also, I recommend reaching out to Atlassian Support and explaining the issue there so they can check it out. If their team hasn't detected this, they'll most likely create a bug that you can watch/track.
