We bought your Work Calendar for our local server and we also use it on cloud.
We have an issue with the cloud version - every 2-3 days an item logged earlier disappears.
This happens under this account/URL: https://lucidcx.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/ac/my_work_calendar/calendar-page?project.key=UAD&project.id=10300 for the user jozsef.sas
How can we prevent this?
I would recommend you to raise a support case at https://support.atlassian.com so one of atlassian cloud engineer's can better review this problem as they have access to your calendar and logs .
I thought you meant team calendar and not work calendar.. facepalm me...
Yep, we might need to wait for the dev for assistance. In case he need logs to better understand this then you will need to reach atlassian support for the logs.
