Blocked Status

Can I make the Blocked status similar to the Pending status so when you click Blocked you are given the option to Link another Jira issues and if so how?

Hello @Andrew Baxter 

When you say "click Blocked" you mean transition button ? if so you  need to add a transition screen, so when you click on the blocked button you will see a screen with field that you have choosen.
