How do we block users from adding/deleting attachments to a closed issue?

I already have the following workflow step property to only allow administrators to edit closed issues.

jira.permission.edit.group.1

Similarly limit the attachment permissions too.

Try jira.permission.attach.group and jira.permission.attachdeleteown.group

Give property value as the group you want to limit to.
