One of my students has initiated 3 pull requests via a Jira task. He asked one or more fellow students to approve the requests. Each pull request was approved by one student. Bitbucket (2nd image) shows all three PRs result in a merge. Jira lists the status of two of the PRs as still open. Naively, it seems that Jira is waiting for all reviewers to approve before marking the PR status as "Merged," while Bitbucket does the merge after only a single approval. Is this a configuration setting in Jira/Bitbucket? Is it a feature? - Thanks - Ted
I'm having the same issue, but I know I've had issues where only 1 of the reviewers approved the PR in Bitbucket, and then merged it, that successfully showed up as "PR Merged" in Jira; so I think there something else (and/or additional) going on.
