Bitbucket activity log is not showing up in the Jira Cloud issue ticket

Hi,

We are having an issue when we try to do code change and commit in Bitbucket Server, the Commit log is not showing up in the JIRA Cloud ticket. 

The application link to Bitbucket seems working fine. I can go to Bitbucket through the link in the Jira App list. 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Bitbucket from the Application link in Jira Cloud.

2. Perform Bitbucket code check out/in and pull request. Complete and commit.

3. There is no Bitbucket activity log in the system field "Development".

The Bitbucket is a server connected to the JIRA Server and JIRA Cloud. we are in the process of migrating our JIRA Server to the Cloud. We are configuring the JIRA Cloud and would like to test it first.

The JIRA Server is working fine with the Bitbucket Server. In the Bitbucket Server the configuration has both JIRA Server and JIRA Cloud.

Are there additional steps and setup required to make it work? Can the same Bitbucket Server connect to two JIRA instances (Jira Server, Jira Cloud)?
