Billable hours always 0

How come my billable hours are always 0, and how can I change that please?

Additionally, how can I change the billable hours for other tickets? Currently, the billable and logged hours are the same, but I’d like to keep the logged hours for the timesheets while changing the billable hours for invoicing.

Hi @Bea Dobbelaire , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question.

Please check out the documentation for how to log billable hours - https://help.tempo.io/timesheets/latest/tracking-billable-hours-on-projects 

Basically, it can be related to your permissions, for whether you see the possiblity when you are logged hours to indicate that they should be considered billable or not.
