BigPicture Board Synchronization throwing error

We have installed BigPicture Data center plugin on Jira Data Center.

Issue-

     We have created program and even done the settings like defining the scope (with multiple boards) and also created Teams by adding resources.

But when we tried to set Board->Synchronizations as 'Team Specific' for both PI and Iteration with 'Auto Configuration' we are getting error.

Error notification contains one zip file with error logs. As per error log details , Teams_ID are blank.

Could you please let us know the resolution steps for the same.
