Best way to migrate away from Crowd

Ryan d'Eon May 13, 2013

Hello,

We started up with a few different Atlassian products, and used Crowd to make everything easier. Now the evaluation licenses are lapsed, and we only really want to keep going with Jira for now.
Everything is still set up with Crowd, but now I'm unable to log into Crowd admin. How should I change over to only using the internal Jira user directory? Would the internal directory have kept up with the crowd one, so I can just change the settings, or will some kind of import be necessary?

Thanks

You will have to import the users. JIRA only stores a cache of the users coming from Crowd.
