Is there any way to update multiple Jira tickets, preferrably by uploading an Excel spreadsheet. Ideally, I could download a list of tickets from a filter, modify them and then upload the spreadsheet to make the updates to the tickets.
Why? I need to let a software-as-a-service vendor respond to defects logged in our in-house Jira (behind the firewall) without giving the vendor internal network access. Would like to avoid having to rekey each ticket update.
