I would like to migrate from on demand server to a local server for JIRA and Confluence.
I read that you need to be a JIRA system administrator to perform an account, but none of the users on our account has this access (I created this account)
Someone from Atlassian need to do this operation for me or can you give me system administrator access ?
Hello, you need to raise a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/browse/JST to request for the backup file. It would also be nice if you could tell support if the backup should be generated any time or should it be scheduled.
