Back up JIRA page - error

In the last weeks i've noticed the below error on Back up JIRA page and i am not able to create a backup.

Please advise how to proceed.

That's broken.  Normally, we'd take a look at the log, but as you're OnDemand, we can't.

You should raise this with OnDemand/Cloud support, as they need to fix it - https://support.atlassian.com
