The reporter will get a Issue created- notification if a user is doing a Clone&Move. In the scenario when the issue is moved to a project where the reporter has no permissions we would like to avoid sending a notification to the reporter. How do I?
This started happening after a recent upgrade. I hope it's not an enhancement and will be fixed soon.
