Chiara Squilloni April 6, 2018

Hi everyone!

I need to ad a custom field "multicascade" type (A and B type)

I have many entryes (only 377 for the first value) and I want to import the options of the field via xml, csv or excel file.

Is there an easy way to do that?

Thank you so much.

I just tried a simple way to import is to load them as issue in to jira and then delete the tickets.

Keep the CSV simple with just summary and custom field for the cascade field with values that you want to load.  e.g. 27-> 2.27.

27 is level 1 and 2.27 is level 2.

You will be able to see list getting loaded. But you will have to delete the jira tickets created in this process.
