Automation with schedule and labels

Viviane da Silva Moreira October 22, 2024

Between the date of 01.10.2024 until 22.11.2024, when changing the status of an issue to deploy, the label field is filled with another label Can you help me, because the automation I created adds the label, but I would like to know if it is possible to use the schedule?

Hi @Viviane da Silva Moreira

There is no trigger that is a schedule AND a status transition.

What you could do is use the Issue Transitioned trigger and then use date / time functions with a Smart Value Condition to check the value of {{now}} to learn if it is within your scheduled range: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-date-and-time/

Kind regards,
Bill
