Automation use case in Jira

How to implement Workflow update based on customer comments, especially during the resolved state.

Hi Swetha, could you clarify this? I mean, do you want the workflow to move issue statuses based on customers comments? In case yes, I believe you might need to add a post function to move issues when comment.
