Automation for Jira: unlink Issues and link restrictions

Hello, 

is there a way to unlink all linked issues with automation for Jira? The trigger is a status change, so that wont be a problem. 

Is there also a possiblilty to to prevent that there are more than one linked issues to a different jira projekt for each ticket? 

I didnt find any information regarding these two problems in the documentation or the atlassian community.

Hi Sabrina,

About the "unlinking issues" action, it's not possible to do this at the moment.

We've got this feature request for tracking this (https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/browse/AUT-213). As we got many other tasks in our backlog it might take some time until we got to work on this. 

And about the link prevention that you are referring to, it is actually a feature in JIRA that you are able of linking issues amongst projects. 

So it is currently not possible to prevent this kind of action to happen through Automation.

I've found this bug which refers to some permission issue that a user founds when trying to prevent links from happening (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-65821).
